Lucid Dreams ECHOES was an event by USTP's European Center for Culture & Creativity and the Lucid Dreams Festival, held on Dec 2, 2025 at the House of Digitalization in Tulln an der Donau, Austria. On a 360° panorama screen, selected AI-collaborative works from the Lucid Dreams Festival 2025 – Stoneage were re-staged, exploring the intersections of togetherness and technology from the Stone Age to the future. The exhibition was accompanied by an audience discussion and performance exploring the relationship between human and machine.
This poster, created by me together with Valentin Steiner, visualizes the event's core principle of resonance: past, place, and future merge into a single image. In the bottom left, the stone eye — a reference to Lucid Dreams Stoneage from May 2025 — appears in faded ASCII aesthetics, serving as a visual echo of the original event. In the background, a map of Tulln an der Donau grounds the piece in its concrete location, while neural network structures on the right point to the artistic-technological collaboration with AI. At the center, a fading ASCII explosion dissolves — a metaphor for the transformation of the original works into their new, immersive form on the 360° panorama screen.
The layout thus connects the three central layers of the format: memory (stone eye), place (map), and technological reinterpretation (neural networks, ASCII dissolution).
